Bethany Lyn

Owner, Boss Lady, Chaos Coordinator

My name is Bethany Lyn, living in the sunny (very sunny) Southwest and finding any reason to break across state lines. I would be lying to say I THRIVED on adventure, but regardless any inhibitions, I find myself always looking for a new one.

My favorite thing about the weddings we’ve worked with is the people. From my very first wedding to the recent year’s celebrations, each couple I’ve been privileged to work with has been SO unique. But beyond that, I feel like by the end of the night, we’re family. I have been dragged onto the dance floor by mothers, handed drinks by bridesmaids, and still stay in touch with some of those connections I’ve been able to make. You all make the day the exciting event that it is.

I LOVE meeting your friends, family, hearing the toasts, watching y’all shake up the dance floor and just celebrate. The love, compassion, kindness, energy, spirit, adventure, and personality of each couple is what makes this job so fun.

When I’m not running around making sure everything is “just so,” I am a full time middle school choir director. (Ironically, teaching provides ample practice in rounding up rowdy personalities like groomsmen). Otherwise, if you had to find me, best to check the local coffee shops or the airport. Sometimes the coffee shops at the airport.

I came on to the wedding team mid 2021 when Bethany finally admitted she could not, no matter how much she believed or tried, be in two places at the same time. Enter Woody!

If Bethany is the brains behind the operation, I’m the brawn. And the gopher. My go to phrase is “I can do that” come wind, rain, shine, or the unfortunate knee brace. I’m here to help your day go smoothly as possible!

I love the excuse to travel! Except for the first wedding I assisted, all of the weddings have been out of the city or the state, and I love seeing all the unique adventure spots our couples choose. And since a majority of them are outside in the middle of the mountains, woods, away from city sounds, it’s a bonus to be out and enjoying the Southwest weather.

Between weddings, I am a full time PE teacher and a newly-licensed Personal Trainer! However, my first love and constant focus is working out and building toward professional athlete status. You can find me in the gym, on the track, riding my bicycle through the mountains, or (the best feeling) crossing the finish line at Ironman 70.3 races.
